Cody Ware2008 Addition
Cody is one of our new additions and played for the Westside Indians in 2007. Cody is a big, strong kid who should be able to hammer the ball once we have a chance to work with him and he gets his timing down. We are not sure where Cody will fit into the Cubs chemistry at this time, but we consider him a very valuable addition to our team. As we saw with Dakota Ware last year, if Cody works hard, practices at home, and does the things we teach, with his athletic skills the Cubs will be able to play with anyone. Cody could end up at third base for us this year. If he can nail down this spot, we should be able to move alot of players to different positions and teach more boys, more positions. This also would allow us to move Drew to another infield spot. With his build, he also could alternate at first base. Batting
